About Advocacy

Homeless youth need a voice. One part of our mission at Covenant House California is to represent the homeless street youth between the ages of 18 to 24 and to help them express themselves, making sure the decision makers at all levels of government and private industry consider the needs of these youth.

As advocates, we're committed to raising the awareness of legislators and the public at large to the problems suffering youngsters face. We seek to partner with private businesses, government, and community agencies and associations in order to improve the lives of families and young people in California.
