Summary: |
The Evening Residence Manager will manage, and coordinate direct care services provided to clients and ensure all necessary documentation is complete. The Residence Manager will supervise a team of social work professionals to ensure that delivery of services to youth in the Crisis Shelter is in accordance with CHC policy. Additionally, they will set and coordinate monthly staff schedules, authorize emergency overnight shelter for youth, assign and monitor staff responsibilities including: medication distribution, supervision of youth and activities cleanliness of facility, transportation of youth to appointments, and facilitation of meetings and group activities. |

Qualifications: |
A Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field is required. Experience workign with at-risk youth, preferably within a residential setting. Management and/or supervisory experience required. The position requires knowledge of adolescent development, crisis intervention, Part-R, CPR and First Aid. Must have good organizational skills and the ability to communicate with staff, clients, vendors and the public. Ability to exerciese appropriate authority when needed and good judgement in crisis situations. Good written and verbal communication skills are required. |
