A Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field is required. Experience workign with at-risk youth, preferably within a residential setting. Management and/or supervisory experience required. The position requires knowledge of adolescent development, crisis intervention, Part-R, CPR and First Aid. Must have good organizational skills and the ability to communicate with staff, clients, vendors and the public. Ability to exerciese appropriate authority when needed and good judgement in crisis situations. Good written and verbal communication skills are required.

A minimum of 2-3 years experience working with at risk youth (ages 18-24) is required. A minimum of 1 year case management experience is strongly preferred. Must be computer literate, have strong communication and organizational skills, and possess the ability to communicate effectively with staff members, clients, vendors and the public.

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required. Must possess a valid Guard Card. A Masters Degree in, Social Work, Psychology or a related field. A licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) is preferred. Two years of post licensed experience is required. Must have clinical knowledge and experience in diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders. The position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written forms. Must be a self-starter and a team player, with the ability to work with other staff members, clients, vendors and the public..

BA degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, and a minimum of 1-2 years experience working with homeless and at risk youth is required. Must be knowledgeable in the areas of crisis intervention and mental illness.

A High School Diploma required, and additional certificates in the culinary field preferred. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a cook in an institutional setting, and experience in volume control food preparation for 90 or more people. Must have knowledge of Public Health and OSHA regulations

BA degree required (social services major preferred). Multicultural awareness, PRO-ACT, CPR & First Aid.
